Today is my mother's birthday. As much as I know she doesn't like to think about it, today she is another year older. And the sad thing is, I don't know how old she is cause she never discloses her year of birth! But as I gave my mom a kiss, and wished her a happy birthday, I also reassured her that wish age comes wisdom. And in some cultures, that is highly valued.
Although we aren't doing anything special tonight, maybe this weekend we'll have a little BBQ at the house!

p.s. Happy birthday to Don also who shares the same birthday as my mom!
