I was chatting with a friend the other day and we started spitting out lyrics or rhymes. Maybe I'll finish this song/poem and put some music to it. Hmmm....maybe it's time to play around with Garage Band. Anyways....here it is:
"I reached inside only to find,
a void that was once populated,
in my mind.
And now I see,
What you meant to me,
Is more than I could ever be.
I let it go,
I let it run dry,
A sea of emotion, life, and love,
That once roared out.
But what can I do now,
Without you here,
To renew and fulfill,
My every desire."
