that nothing can stop you, and you can take on the world?
I feel like that all the time. It's what motivates me and drives me to
be my best. I do what I need to do and I handle it! I look adversity
right in the face and growl back at it. I don't give up.....
.....until now.....
I'm exhausted. I'm drained. I don't have it in me anymore. I just want
to hide. I don't want to deal. I don't want to cope. I want to drown
in out. I want to be numb. I don't want to care. I don't......anymore.
I'm sure I'll bounce back after I recover. Just going to take some
time, a little nurturing. There's a lot to learn still. That's what
life is about. There are lessons to be learned. There are
opportunities to fail; opportunities to achieve.
I got to learn to be humble; not to be selfish. Learn to take care of
others. I'm just afraid of hurting people in the process.
But as one said, "I lead with my heart.".
Can I ever do that? ::sigh::

I believe that the heart contains the soul of man. The mind is only an "information" kiosk. To be able to lead with your heart, you must be selfless and it's never about money. Life gives us obstacles and lots of temptations, the key is to remain tenacious. There is a reason why the heart is the most powerful muscle in our body, it is able to contain all the deepest emotions, it is able to feel joy and pain. Hope and faith does not rest in the mind but is kept in our heart. The first thing we hear inside a womb is the beating of the heart. Our minds can go, and our bodies may fail but as long as the heart remains we are still here we are able to love beyond the physical realm.
ReplyDeleteIn terms of loving someone with your heart, you should not mix love and opportunity. Opportunity will come and go. Love is so much more than a passing phase.
Oh lol, and you should know this from your favorite movie.
ReplyDelete"The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return."
